Agentic business systems people actually use.

Built on 25 years of building, implementing and running commercial and ecosystem strategy — with the goal to:

Where pure engineers struggle and pure strategists hand-wave.

Board2Bot — how I work
“We should do something with AI.” I usually show up when that sentence has been said for the tenth time.

Boardroom intent in, adopted system out. I embed across the board, senior executives, and the operating professionals who actually have to use it — map the workflow, ship the system, drive the adoption, and, optionally, transfer.

Agentic systems in production

The commercial engine

The Company OS is the context nerve centre — everything runs on it, and it rests on a well-governed Access Relay. Around it the loop closes: Signal feeds Content, Content feeds Lead, Lead feeds Customer OS, Customer OS feeds Sales Ops, and Sales Ops feeds back into the spine.

Same method, other domains

Job Application OS

CV and voice basics in; tailored CVs and motivation letters out from ingested job postings, with a Kanban to decide where to push. The system behind the mentoring.

Nonprofit association

Full access management and member administration, running every day for an organisation that isn't a company.

What "AI-native" actually takes

Six requirements

Intent

Being able to articulate precisely what you want to change — which decision are we actually trying to improve? Without a clear intent, you automate noise.

Process & data

Before any model: what is the process, and what state is the data actually in? Without that, an AI system delivers demos, not value.

Context & memory

Systems that carry your context and remember the work — so knowledge compounds instead of resetting every session.

Governance

Defining and enforcing what your agents may access and do. Without it you've taken home an untrained Labrador puppy: adorable today, eating your pantry and your furniture tomorrow.

Sovereignty posture

Under which jurisdiction your data lives — and who can lawfully compel access to it. The conversation is legal and coercive reach, not where the servers happen to sit.

Culture

The blocker is rarely technical. Where dissent reads as insubordination, the people who know where it breaks stay quiet — and your context layer inherits the silence. Adoption needs an honest trade too: give people tools they actually want, or they route around you.
